No two walks are the same! Shannon's community walks invite you to experience guided forest therapy in the presence of others. Community walks are offered regularly and are often themed around a specific event or element, such as a full moon, solstice, or Earth Day. These walks are available for public sign-up and participation is limited to 10 individuals in order to deepen our collective ability to experience abundant hope and renewal together.

The forest holds a special place for us, particularly when life feels overwhelming or circumstances are unpredictable. Return to yourself through the awe and inspiration of Mother Earth with a one-on-one or private, small group guided forest therapy walk. Shannon will work with you to choose a location and personalize an experience to provide a meaningful connection with the forest.
Private, Individual & Small Groups
Shannon provides nature wellness presentations to share the benefits of guided forest therapy. Participants learn how to add elements of forest bathing into everyday life activities, as well as experience a mindful embodiment practice to help slow down and come into alignment with the heartbeat of nature. This program is often offered indoors and is accessible for groups of all generations and abilities to develop a reciprocal relationship with nature.
Nature Wellness Presentations
