Outlands: Forest Therapy for Founders & Business Owners
I am partnering with Elume on this offering as founders and business owners today are navigating high cognitive load, rapid decision cycles, and very little time to think clearly. This experience is designed to create a different kind of attention - one that is slower, more present, and gives room to notice what’s actually happening in how you’re leading and deciding. Register here.
Guided Forest Therapy with Hope Noted
This guided forest therapy event explores HOPE, in partnership with Hope Noted, a Lancaster, PA based mental health and grief support organization, committed to creating safe and compassionate spaces, and spreading authentic messages of hope and healing. Attendees must pre-register and pre-pay here.
Wildflower Wander with Better Together Survivors
We will practice the art of "Forest Bathing," which is the simple act of immersing oneself in nature. We'll gently walk through the forest and spring ephemeral wildflowers at Shenks Ferry Wildflower Nature Preserve, mindfully pause, and engage our five senses to find peace, healing, hope and connection. The wildflower nature preserve should be bursting with gorgeous wildflowers like the Virginia bluebell, trillium, Dutchmen's breeches, woodland flox, and many more. PLEASE NOTE: This forest walk is open to adults navigating cancer at any stage of the cancer journey including diagnosis, treatment, maintenance, and survivorship. Register here by April 5, 2026.
