Outlands: Forest Therapy for Founders & Business Owners

I am partnering with Elume on this offering as founders and business owners today are navigating high cognitive load, rapid decision cycles, and very little time to think clearly. This experience is designed to create a different kind of attention - one that is slower, more present, and gives room to notice what’s actually happening in how you’re leading and deciding. Register here.

We'll gently walk through the forest and spring ephemeral wildflowers at Shenks Ferry Wildflower Nature Preserve, mindfully pause, and engage our five senses to find peace, healing, hope and connection. The wildflower nature preserve should be bursting with gorgeous wildflowers like the Virginia bluebell, trillium, Dutchmen's breeches, woodland flox, and many more.
